TAKING THE LEAD...A MAN'S DANCE TO THE TOP chapt 5

decision making can be very difficult at times , we all know this but it is necessary and a must in our every day lives. for instance if you are married and you see someone very attractive that is giving you the 5 second stare down. you have two choices, you can either walk away or walk toward. as men, so many of us walk toward because we just don't want to give up the women, but when you stop to think about it with the head up top and not the head down below, you'll find that the same woman that is giving you the stare gave about 20 other dudes the stare as well. in other words, your nothing special. so yes the correct choice needs to be made. lets say you have a friend, and you guys go way back man to the days where you were wearing stripe socks and ripped shorts and it was ok back then because you both grew up poor as hell. and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. and all of a sudden this friend of yours decides that it is ok to disrespect you and your family and he/she is suppose to get a free pass because they are your friends. hmmm once again a choice has to be made. you see the choices we make help to define us. the hardest thing in life is to make the correct choice. i mean think about it as men when your having sex, it could be so damn good that you get stuck and start to ponder whether or not you should pull out to achieve that 5 seconds of fame or stay in and gain maybey 2 more seconds at best. but i guess the thought never crossed your mind to wear a freakin condom in the first place. thus there still is a choice that needs to be made.

the basic concept of learning to take the lead is taking control of your own life. never let someone elses thoughts or actions dictate what you decide to do. think for yourself and yourself only. this builds character and helps a young man evolve to an adult. once you are able to accomplish this then the hardest task is behind you but now the difficult road begins and thats learning how to climb the ladder of life. as we all know life maynot always be fair but still we must climb that ladder in order to be successful. and we'll start this climb in my next chapter comming up next.
